Asian Marinade


A classic marinade in our house used on everything from strip steak to roasts, we love using it on skirt and flank steak. Pictured above is a skirt steak, broiled in the oven for only 5 minutes a side. The key is in the marinade. Simple to make and easy ingredients to find, you'll want to start using it on everything.


1 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup honey

3 chopped garlic clove

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp cumin

onion powder optional


The list above can be altered to your liking, making it a perfect recipe! The longer it sits with the meat the better the flavor. And always remember to bring the meat back to room temperature before cooking. From our house, to yours!
