Can't Believe it's not Lasagna


This wonderfully simple recipe is perfect for any night of the week. Ground beef is so versatile and this dish gives a new spin on baked pasta. You’ll need a 13x9 pan and the oven set to 350 degrees. Next, gather your ingredients, 1lb ground beef, 1 package of egg noodles, 8oz cream cheese(softened), 8oz sour cream, 1 can(30oz) preferred red pasta sauce, 4oz preferred shredded cheese. Best part of a dish with so few ingredients is it allows you to alter it your liking!


Start with browning the ground beef and prepping the noodles. You can add some seasoning to the meat at this time if you are looking to change up the recipe but our ground beef brings a delicious rich flavor so we went without this time. Once the noodles are drained, mix in the cream cheese and sour cream. Now build the meat and noodles on top of each other in your 13x9 pan. Top with pasta sauce and shredded cheese and place in the oven until bubbly, approximately 20-25 minutes. Voila! Can’t Believe it’s not Lasagna!
